Pain relief needed any help please ??

Hi there guys i am in need of zapain or kapake due to bust ribs any ideas without having to go to the doctors ??

Sorry no idea and to be honest I think you have got to be mad trying to access painkillers without a proper prescription. Firstly you hear all these horror stories in the news about the improper ingredients, poisons etc being included in the ingredient list, secondly you have no come back should you suffer from a side effect and finally it is illegal in the UK to try and get hold of controlled drugs either without the proper paperwork or from an unauthorised supplier.

Sorry if you think I'm having a go, and maybe you have a reason for not wanting to use the proper channels, but personally I think where controlled drugs are concerned your methods should not be encouraged in any way, shape or form.

You can not get either of these drugs legally without prescription .GO TO THE DR. Apart from anything else, Zappain is unlikely to help with # rib pain, he has a whole arsenal of drugs that are better than that, and you should have your lungs checked while your ribs heal, # ribs one of the most painful injuries out there, hope you get healed quickly.

I take it you are not posting from within the UK and have medical insurance problems. However, if someone diagnosed broken or fractured ribs, surely some pain relief was authorised?

It looks to me like this person joined today for the sole purpose of getting drugs. Strong prescription drugs with neither a GP prescription nor one from hospital.

I suggest whoever you are madam take yourself off here and get the treatment and help you need elsewhere.

You won't find any members here dealing in misuse of those sort of drugs

Dependent on the country you live there are sites on the internet that sell drugs however medications from certain sites can prove dangerous and generally a script is needed to purchase medications. Sometimes medications can be sourced from Europe by chemists etc and colours of drugs may be different.

If you are trying to source medications by not going to GP etc this can be very dangerous as the quality of the drugs can I understand, be questionable so I would not recommend you go that way.

Wherever you are be safe see a Doctor, or Hospital Clinic

See a pharmacist who can recommend an equivalent pain killer.

Both Kapake and Zapain contain Codeine.

Warnings and precautions

Codeine is transformed to morphine in the liver by an enzyme.

Morphine is the substance that produces pain relief. Some people have a variation of this enzyme and this can affect people in different ways.

In some people, morphine is not produced or produced in very small quantities, and it will not provide enough pain relief. Other people are more likely to get serious side effects because a very high amount of morphine is produced.

very high amount of morphine is likely to cause you breathing difficulties. Surely not recommended if you have bust ribs.

Just to note if you have "bust ribs"

You need to be very careful if you don't get correct pain medication from a Dr

You may be in to much pain to breath deeply and end up with a nasty chest infection

You need a chest X-ray to confirm your diagnosis at hospital and there you should see a physio who can help you with breathing and coughing and a Dr can give you the best medication for your ribs .

Please go to hospital and get checked out fractured ribs are very painful and can lead to all sort of problem like puncture lung, chest infection .

I've just read your post and have to say that after losing a very good friend due to the huge risk she took with her health (buying household chemicals listed as "medicine") You may as well stick a gun to your head. Sorry for being so blunt but everyone should know most things aren't what they say they are when bought from illegal sources! There are plenty of things that can help with your pain, Arnica tablets and Tiger Balm for a start. Try a Chinese Herbalist or a good Health Food store before you buy something that could ultimately kill you honey... Good luck and I hope and pray you get well soon.
