dont know if it is connected or not maybe its just all to do with my menopause .

I've just Googled it and one of the side effects is cold sweats...google it and click on the top answer drugs.com. Your tablets should have come with a leaflet telling you all the side effects.
Not usually someone for herbal remedies but I overhead a woman in a 'health food' store praising black cohosh for her flushes.... Couldn't get on with amiltripiline but going great guns on Duloxetine. 😜
I had the same problem, when I was changed to another drug the menopausal symptoms I had were gone ! I was changed to Dosulepine, by my female pain specialist, who had a keen interest in the more unusual side effects of some common drugs used for pain relief. Talk to your Dr. or pain specialist.
I can't say anything with conformation but almost every drug have some side-effects, you should consult it with your physician before taking any new medicine. orthopedicsurgerysandiego.com/
