It could be pins and needles which might idicate RSI or even a traooed nerve. What has your GO said?

Havent seen anyone when it first started it was kinda like it was sleep then wake up but today it was forever and lasted for hours before it got better

Think the best advice is to see your GP. he wll advise and direct you to whoever he feels can help.
