Usually pain of this sort is linked to problems with other internal organs in front like the lower part of your bowels or indeed, your reproductive organs - especially in women, so you need to see a doctor as quickly as possible.

I do not reckon it is his uterus. This pain may be organs but back problems can cause this kind of pain.

Yes, you're right. Most people with lower back pain recognise how difficult it is to manage and how the pain can move around - especially when your body is trying to compensate in other ways.

If you'd read my post correctly, you would have noticed that I'm well aware I'm responding to Johnboy6969 - who OBVIOUSLY doesn't have a uterus as he's not a woman. The fact that he posted his concern means that this pain is more unusual for him.

As I mentioned above, there could be something serious going on with his internal or reproductive organs.

Having worked in health, I'm aware that even men with Prostrate issues or problems with their urinary tract have experienced pain that often feels like it moves from their lower back to their groin - it's the way the nerves endings work.

I was merely stating that back problems tend to be overlooked in favour of looking for more visceral causes for the pain. Obviously bladder and prostate issues should be investigated. I am NOT saying that it IS back pain but ALL causes need to be eliminated. Including the organs, it could also be bowel or kidney too. It is so difficult to get spine looked at, just being sent for a few back exercises does not get to the bottom of the pain. But if it starts in the back and moves, check the back! I am aware of how the nerve endings work, I have been fascinated by them for over 3 years now!

It could be a bladder infection or something wrong with a kidney, or problems with your prostate. If u were a woman I'd tell you you might have what I suffered with for 10 years; endometriosis. In. 2011 I had a total abd hyst done and problem was solved. If I had the pain you're having, I'd masked an appt with a urologist & maybe your primary care doctor (general/ family practice or an internist. Let me know what you find out.
