No, but ive got long vein neuropathy in both legs and arms. Hurts like hell!

Yes I have heard of this, it is to do with nerve damage that runs outside the spine canal

Yes I was diagnosed 3 years ago. It drives me nuts with the pain & muscle weakness. I would give anything to be rid of it. I also have fibromyalgia and hypothyroidism. #fedup

Sorry just spotted your query. I'm on Tramadol slow release, but it hardly touches the pain!II've gone down the route of amitryptiline, pregabalin, gabapentin etc but the side effects are just too great for me to function. Back to pain clinic at end of may after last appmt cancelled! Rather fed up to say the least.

I do not have it, however as I have had a stroke I subscribe to an American free online magazine called NEUROLOGY NOW. It has had several articles about fibre peripheral neuropathy over the last few years. It might be worth a look at their archives for info as it is a reliable source of information.
