Good day i have a severe lower back pain on my right side, nothing helps been having this pain for years the anti-biotics doesnt help.

Hello

i have been to the Dr for last 3 years keeps telling me its an infection(kidney infection) give me anti-biotics(which doesnt help through the anti-biotics still have the pain), painkillers(doesnt help) but still the pain don`t go away :( like today (as im sitting here)its worse. :(

I think that you should be going back to your doctor and asking him to refer you on to someone who CAN help you. Have you had any tests or x-rays on your spine. Or tests for kidney stones? X

No, I'm sure its not serious, it just needs checking out. You need to get your gp to put your mind at rest. You need to know why you've been in pain for such a long time. X

Hi Colla. Your condition could possibly be due to lower back joint damage. The two large joints either side of the base of your spine are called sacro iliac joints. I suffer with damage and inflammation to these joints. The pain is constant and intense. You need to ask your GP to arrange X-rays on your right sacro joint. I hope this helps, but either way you need to get a second opinion from another doctor. Take care.
