what has your doctor said? have you talked to your GP about pain relief, or physio? Are they considering surgery to repair damage?

I also have herniated discs at C2,3,4,5,6...T7,8,9...L4/5, L5/S1....so I can understand the sort of pain you are going through...
Am currently on MST 90mg twice daily, Naproxen 2 tabs, 3 x daily, Paracetamol when required.
