I can understand how you feel. I have pain too (all kinds of pain; Tingling, Stinging, burning, pulling, dull aches as well as catches, muscle-pulls and some like electric shocks all day. From the time I wake up till I go into a deep sleep).

Caused by a combination of Sciatica, Disc-prolapses and severe Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy. But I gave up pain killers some time ago. Therefore it is all the more intense.
