Cancer Emergency Response Tool (CERT) is a new free app designed to help women having chemotherapy for ovarian cancer deal with treatment toxicity. If patients experience for example excessive levels of nausea, vomiting, mucositis, the app prompts them to contact their cancer hotline speeding up the process to seeking help. The app also helps accelerate access for treatment if potentially serious infection is present.
