Can anyone help me with the photo on my profile. I have tried to download one of my own by picking one, then save and crop and I just get black or just blue from the sky. It is not giving me any other options. I can't even get my original one back from the site of a sillouette (that's why it's black).
I have noticed on the directory that a couple of others seems to have the same problem as me. Any help would be much appreciated.

The cropping thing on here seems useless - I'd try to get to right size offline first, there are really no tools other than upload here. What do you have? Ipad free version of PSexpress is brilliant and easy to use I found. Windows picture editor is a bit of a dog.

Hello PRchick thanks for the info. I'm on Windows so not going to solve the problem by the sounds of it. Think I will take up Annies offer to send it to her and get it sent back to me at the size it should be.
A number of people have had problems with photos. I'm on Apple and it's I-Photo is brilliant for cropping. I'd be happy if you want to email me the pic and I'll crop it till it's less than 2 MB and return it to you. AnnieMulholland44@gmail.com
Hope this might help to sort out the problem. xxxx love Annie
I did have a strange problem once uploading a photo - it appeared upside down. I tried rotating it so the original was upside down but it still appeared the wrong way up on the blog. In the end I realised I hadn't exported it from the PC's memory into a directory. That sorted the problem out. I've never had a black or sky blue square like Linda - but Macs are generally very good with images or videos.
