Hi Tarouza

I too had a clear cell [Adenocarcinoma] thats usually what they are called mine was stage 3c, that type of tumour works well with chemotherapy it is a fast growing type so it spreads, I have heard from one of the Ovacome nurses that they do well and dont often come back, but no one knows not even my oncologis as it is a rare type of Ovarian cancer only 6% of women get it.

all the best Sarah P.

Hi, I was diagnosed just before my birthday in April 2006 of Stage 3 phase 3 clear cell and have just reeceived the 'all clear'.

I am about to have my first annual ca125 which I understand that I will have every 12 mths. When I was going through treatment I was worried about having clear cell but I read a letter on the Ovacom site from a lady that had survived 9 yrs and counting which really did my confidence the world of good.Hope you have same good luck,

Wendy
