ovarian cancer spread

Hi,

I’ve had ovarian cancer for 15 years. During that time I have had 2 surgeries and 6 separate rounds of chemotherapy. My disease has slowly been working its way up the body. I have now been told it is in the skull. Has anyone had any experience of this sort of spread?

So sorry to hear this. I've no experience of a spread to the skull. Where has it been on the way? My latest recurrence was just on the dome of the liver. I had targeted radiation rather than yet another operation and more chemo. But it seems every treatment option has its inevitable downside. What do they intend to do for you? Do they have a treatment plan? I can see others have had it spread to the brain but I expect you've tried a search for the skull? Best of luck with it. Prayers and hugs. xx
