I asked re targeted radiation and it appears that the above might be an option for my new lesion so wondered if anyone had experienced it - efficacy, side effects, etc.
I mean surely it's preferable to a huge op and more chemo?
I'm on holiday from tomorrow and the laptop I'm taking will not allow me into Ovacome (don't know why) and I have no smartphone so may not be able to reply till 26 October. Apologies in advance if I can't react to replies.

Hi: I just finished targeted radiation (SABR/SBRT) to my abdomen. The whole process wasn’t very hard. I was in a lot of pain and there was a lot of gas build up due to radiation in the weeks after, but the radiotherapy nurses said that all this is normal. I was on bed rest for a few weeks but targeted radiation is very precise and everyone reacts differently. It is a very small price to pay to get better.
