Hello Kyles21,
Sounds like you are being followed closely, which is great. I had ORAD 4, and in my case the next logical step was to remove the ovaries and fallopian tubes, the one with the small mass and the other as well since you don’t need them at 60, esp when there is a potential problem in the works.
As for speculation that it may be cancer, that is all that is at this moment, right? Nothing more. They also had me do full bloodwork and full markers around the same time as the MRI, and after the Ultrasound showed suspicious looking mass that my long time radiologist could not identify. As hard as it is for you, take this one step at a time. Eat well, try to get in your daily steps or some way to release stress, and carry on. Advocate for yourself and find top gyn oncologist to do the surgery as they will know more than others and have more experience. I talked to two surgeons before choosing mine and it made a difference. The first one was arrogant and already telling me at first sight that 99% chance everything would be fine, where the other surgeon was clearly more proactive, upfront and engaged. He wasn’t treating me like a child not overreacting. Stay connected to these trusted groups but pls don’t go to the worse scenario and stay there. That won’t serve you well at all. ❤️
Have they proposed anything yet? Or are you still waiting?
Sending you hugs and hoping for the best outcome. ❤️ Stay strong.
