3 chemos done, & surgery is tomorrow! Almost half way there in my treatment plan. Met my surgeon yesterday, quite alot to remove. Any tips? 🤞😊

Good luck. I felt so much better after surgery.

Take it easy, rest when you need to (afternoon naps), wear comfy clothes (I wore soft waisted yoga bottoms), walk. I walked a lot, increasing the distance each day.

Good luck for tomorrow. Listen to yr body. Do as yr told, do not try and overdo anything you will only set yrself back so you will do yrself no favours. Make sure whoever picks you up when yr ready to go home has a pillow so that you can put that across yr tummy to stop the seatbelt pressing your tummy. Sleep when you need to, wear soft joggers. Xx

Sending you good luck for the surgery 🤞listen to your body and remember it’s a major operation so you need to take it easy afterwards. Like others have said nice loose waistbands are the order of the day!

Hope it all went well today. Don’t worry if you burp when the physio gets you out of bed tomorrow, I was mortified but she said it happens all the time 🥰
