pre cancer now kidney mass

I’ve posted here before

I had precancerous cells on my ovary and Fallopian tube which was removed along with the ovary and Fallopian tube in 2021.

I recently had a scan because I’m experiencing pain on my gallbladder and have fatty liver during the scan they found a mass on my kidney which they think is cancer.

Im currently waiting for a CT scan when I went for results at the gp I was told it’s very common for cells to regrow in places like the liver or kidneys this was never mentioned to me from my surgeon or any other specialist I had seen.

I had blood tests today and they’ve done every blood test possible literally the full works the nurse said.

I am honestly stressing out about this so much I’m 33 and just can’t believe this is happening again.

should more tests have been done when they found the pre-cancer and could this have been prevented?

I just really need advice if anyone can help please! has this happened to anyone or anything similar?
