Good news, my actual oncologist rang me this morning to give me my results at first l thought its bad news not heard anything from him for 2 and a half years . But thank goodness lm still stable NED music to my ears. I know lm lucky and thank goodness so very grateful and love life. Like l said to DrClamp l keep buying the frocks & booking the holidays l have to have something to look forwards to. Although l know lm not cured l can cope with being well and doing everything l did before cancer. I still believe l will be cured but for now l count my blessings that lm ok. Just thought ld give some good news & hope. Its 5 years since l was dignosed. I wish you all love ,and positive thoughts. All take care love SheilaFxxx 9

That is wonderful news Sheila! 🥰can I ask if you had further treatment after chemo? I am sure your positive attitude helps too - keep booking the holidays! Xxx

i had debulkingbop in 2017 at St Marys mcr . Then 2019 had pet scan at Wigan then told l had enlarged lymph node in bowel areaband that my CA125 l had gone up to nearly 4,000 to bes honest it wasnt until my conversion with Dr Clamp yesterday that l realised quite how high it had gone. So went yo Mcr royal inf for a biopsy on the lymph node anyhow was told when l woke up theyd tsken the whole node out. Which did me a big favour actually because that was cancerous. So l started 6 months of gruelling chemo very long sessions hard going but worth it. And have been NED ever since that is just 3 years ago..i do have a complicated hernia thats rathet large and causes me problems but then l was never regular . All reluctant to touch me but it needs sorting so l did my research and lve found Surgeon whos willing to do it for me. So hes going to sort it for me before xmas. Then another holiday booked for January it's the only way. Stay positive & keep buying the it frocks .love,SheilaFxxx

Hi Sheila, I also have a little great granddaughter and new great grandson. I will be 76 in November and I feel truly blessed at my age that I have made it through chemos and a 5 hour operation. I have been on Niraparib for a little over 2 years now and am still going on. We just keep going to enjoy those little ones. Keep buying dresses and booking those holidays! Hi Sheila, bless your heart. So sorry that you had to endure three brain surgeries before coming down with ovarian cancer. I was just wondering if your brain surgeries were cancer or benign. You are a trooper for sure! I love your positive attitude. God is good, keep the faith! Keep marching on teal sister, sending a warm hug! ❤️🙏🥰. Donna

No thank goodness but classed as life threatening because of the tumour putting pressure on my brain they wasnt able to actually take it out because of the size that's why l have a programmable valve in my head to control the pressure amazing really what they can do really think l have an angel on.my shoulder thats for sure lve been very lucky indeed love SheilaFxxx
