Hello Win, The only thing I had was brachytherapy following the hysterectomy to help with prevention of cancer in the vaginal vault. That was because I had endometrial cancer as well as fallopian tube cancer so two different types. It was done over 4 days 3 to 4 minutes each day. I did feel very tired for a few weeks following. I hope you get this sorted quickly. Sorry I cannot be more helpful. x

I’m in the US and had radiology for an inguinal lymph node. 25 treatments in a row. I had fatigue.

Gosh thats a lot of radiotherapy! Was it just one node they were blasting and did the treatment work. Did you have to have chemotherapy after? Thanks

The radiation worked! The node was swollen to about 3 inches. It was removed before radiation. No chemo afterwards. My CA125 has held steady at 6.5. It jumped to 85 with the node thing.

So that signaled a need for a CAT scan.
