Yet another problem

Good morning ladies and admin. I’m having yet another problem now. I’m getting the messages from you ladies but it gives me no option to reply. There are no profile names on the posts just pictures. Can anyone help me please

Are you accessing from the App Angela or are the messages somehow going into your personal email?

I’m using my Apple phone. I don’t think they’re going out on my personal email. I’ll check Angela x

I'm sorry you're having trouble using the app. I've checked on my iPhone and it isn't showing the same fault. You could try signing out of your account and then signing back in to see if that makes a difference?

I would suggest contacting the HealthUnlocked team and hopefully they can help. If you go to the drop down in your profile, or to your account settings and select 'Help' you'll be able to contact HealthUnlocked. I did search among their help discussions for an answer to your problem but it wasn't listed, so it's probably easiest to contact them directly to raise the issue. I hope this is resolved for you soon.
