Has anyone else had this diagnosis please and has any advice

I've got lots of tumours and stranding in the mysenteric area. I'm on pregabalin to manage the pain (successfully) as apparently there are a lot of nerve endings in this area. Not sure if this helps...

I have an enlarged lymph node in the mesentery too. Not sure if it’s been like it for a while as only recently noted on CT but may have been ‘hidden’ from view. On watch and wait and continuing on ICON9 trial in the meantime. My Ca125 is increasing too. For repeat scan and review in September.

They’ve known about mine since 2016 but it’s grown only slowly; 1mm a year until now 12mm . I’m having a CT in September too...
