Has anyone had their ca125 go up on gemzar

Hi I have been on gem alone since May 2019 my ca has been rising it reached 965, my onc introduced cisplatin in September , I got to cycle 3 but had an anaphylactic shock now platinum resistant.... But my ca 125 dropped to 320 that was in December my scan on 5th December showed no progression, I do feel that it will rise again but will see how my next scan goes my oncologist doesn't seem worried so fingers crossed for a no progression scan
