Hi all, Hope you have had the best Christmas you could have and the NEW YEAR brings you what you would wish for yourself. I have been on Niraparib 300mgs for 2months and the most problematic side effect is a persistent headache.As anyone experienced this and did it go away over time. Chris x

I was on Niraparib 200g for 9 mths and had a headache every night - was given Amitriptyline 10g, it worked. Anne xxx
