. The recurrence was a shock along breast cancer, but they felt the ovarian cancer was more life threatening so started chemo 6 cycles. Only got to five because of neuropathy stage 2. So they started me on Olaparib and scheduled the lumpectomy which I did in August 2019 back on Olaparib tough issues with fatigue reflux and constipation which they said would settle. And it has thank god. I’m on the strongest dose 8 capsule twice a day. Starting to feel normal agin apart from the fatigue but it took 6 months to get here. 2 falls 1 fracture to back. Ca125 13.

Hi. Have you been on Olaparib since 2010 and did the recurrence happen while you were Olaparib.? Wishing you all the best..X
Hi my recurrence happened 6 months after I finished chemo ( I was on a trial icon 8b) I have the BRCA 2 gene so after finishing chemo for recurrence I started Olaparib only in May of this year. High hopes for this .
Hi, I'm sorry that you have had a bad time of it. I'm BRAC2 too and started the ICON9 trial with olaparib and cedirinib just last Friday. I know it's very early days but I'm feeling extremely tired and very sick. I too have very high hopes for these drugs. How have you been feeling on olaparib, do you remember how you felt when you started? Kind hugs x
