Arrived in London

We arrived in London at around 3pm. Went straight to the hotel only to find we had been upgraded to the attic suite - things don't normally happen to us such as this! I am a little worried about tomorrow and the appointments at the COC and the Royal Marsden don't really understand why other than probably disappointment at no new avenues for me to follow, which is silly isn't it?!!!!

Hello Shorty, try not to worry about tomorrow. The doctor at the COC was very lovely when I saw him as was the consultant at The Marsden. Do write down any questions you may have for them as its easy to forget when you feel a bit nervous. I found that both doctors explained things very well and took their time. The only thing I will say is that The Marsden was very busy so be prepared! Enjoy your evening and let us know how you get on. Good luck, sticky3006 xx

Best of luck at COC. I used to be sceptical but recently came across an article which some research covered on Metaformin. This is one of the drugs the COC use and this article referred to research done abroad and found it was good for OC. I commented as I do, that this drug was highly recommended by COC. So article was from Ovarian World Action and they replied and seemed interested it was already been used on this side of the world.
