Year and half into clinical trial

I have been on Zejula for 1.5 years and numbers are stable. I take 100mg at night to sleep through the nausea side effect when at firstI started in the morning. I began at 3 tabs and ended up at one. So far so good. I do take Trazadone at night for sleep. For myself I discovered premier 30g protein shakes and raisins help keep my anemia at bay and counts within range..

That’s great news, Bella,

For all of us.

For thise in the UK, Zejula is Niraparib.

Are you BRCA positive?

I am about to start on 200 mgs

In April, so glad to hear good news.

Thanks so much for posting.

Best wishes,

Laura

Thank you for sharing this. It’s helpful for those of us who will be starting on a parp inhibitor soon.
