Hello All

There's an article in today's Guardian about sex after hysterectomy for ovarian cancer which I thought might be of interest. It's a letter sent to their sex therapist but there is also a comments section if any of you have advice you'd be willing to share. The link is here: theguardian.com/lifeandstyl...

This reminded me that a few weeks ago I found some links to information I wanted to share. At our Health and Wellbeing Day we had a stall from The YES YES Company, who provide vaginal moisturisers and lubricants, which I know many of you have found beneficial. For anyone who missed the information or couldn't attend the day, their website is here: yesyesyes.org/

Lavinia from The YES YES Company directed me to Jo Divine, which is a sex toy company, however Sam Evans, the co-founder, is a former nurse and so the company only sells skin-safe products and their website has health information on it as well as all the products. Here are some links to their information which some of you may find useful.

I have some paper copies of the brochure so if you'd like one, please message me and I'll post it out to you.

They have other articles/blog posts/videos which may also be of interest.

I hope this information is helpful.

If any of you have information you've found helpful please do leave links below.

Best wishes

Thanks for this information Anna

May I add here for those living in Ireland that the Nation Cancer Control Programme launched booklets on this topic some months back. They are available from NCCP Kings Inn House Parnell St Dublin
