Ovacome well-being day .... lovely experience today.

So I couldn’t stay for the whole thing but what a lovely experience going to the well-being day today in London was. Especially lovely to meet the gorgeous Alifit just before she went off to do her first stint as an Ovacome model.

It’s the first time I’ve met anyone with with OC since being diagnosed, what a gorgeous bunch of ladies!

Such lovely people chatted to and useful information, found the nutrition myth busters particular helpful and I really do intend to try and do some meditation. X

Oh thank you - it was an honour to meet you too. I wish we’d had more time to chat, but I didn’t seem to stop all day!

I’ve been to a party this evening and am still buzzing (it’s after midnight) - I know I’ll be a mess in the morning! I hope the football was fun!

You not only made it to the party.... you partied hard it seems!! Excellent work. Hope you’re not too tired this morning.

The football was fabulous fun . Some family time in the sunshine and St Albans even won!
