If they private message you as suesaunders25 did, the best thing to do is ignore the message and then message us directly to alert us as to what is happening. Please include the user's name, as we cannot view private messages between members.
Hi l have just heard from Suesaunders25 which surprised me as l thought they were restricted. I think l reported her as per your instructions but who knows l am not very computer savy. Thanks Moira
Thank you for letting us know - this should not have happened. The user is restricted from My Ovacome and we had confirmation from HealthUnlocked that the user had been barred by them. We will contact Health Unlocked now to let them know.
We have heard back from Health Unlocked. This was their reply:
"Suesaunders joined with another username and email address but both iterations have now been banned. Please advise users to report messages like this, because as soon as we see the reports we act on them!"
