This is to let you know we have restricted the user who has been messaging you asking for money or offering to leave you money. Please do not reply to the message or give out any personal details.

The user will no longer be able to write posts, reply to posts or message anyone in the My Ovacome community. If any of you receive further messages please report it to us straight away.

Thank you to those of you who took the time to report it as it meant we could restrict the user immediately.

We will also let HealthUnlocked know, as undoubtedly this person will be messaging people in other communities too.

Thank you, I was wondering how I could report someone in the future. I was messaged by this 'Mrs Saunders' person but didn't know how to report them.

Hello Jebblejebble

If you want to report a post or a reply, you can click the arrow next to 'More' at the end of what has been written and an option will come up 'Report user'. Click that and we will be alerted to it.

If they private message you as suesaunders25 did, the best thing to do is ignore the message and then message us directly to alert us as to what is happening. Please include the user's name, as we cannot view private messages between members.

Thank you for letting us know - this should not have happened. The user is restricted from My Ovacome and we had confirmation from HealthUnlocked that the user had been barred by them. We will contact Health Unlocked now to let them know.

We have heard back from Health Unlocked. This was their reply:

"Suesaunders joined with another username and email address but both iterations have now been banned. Please advise users to report messages like this, because as soon as we see the reports we act on them!"
