CT has confirmed a scattering of cancer modules throughout all sections of my liver and peritoneum. Feeling worn down and miserable but staying in hospital until Monday to see oncology team to see what next steps are. Feel like I’m about to be given my sell by date and there’s nothing I can do about it.

Becky, I have posted a link below. I know that Dr. Hussein at the Karmanos in Detroit uses cryoablation for metastatic (not primary) ovarian cancer lesions.
Hi Becky, I hope your team approach you with a plan to chase this recurrence away, and stay stable for lots of time to come, don't be disheartened, I am sure all will go well
Sending you a big hug Becky...hospital is miserable and waiting for pronouncements is stressful. Feel for you...let’s hope they have a good plan for you xx
It’s sad to read of individual fights and just highlights how differently we all respond to treatment and react to our news. What you feel today can change overnight and our resilience and resolve come to the fore when we most need it. Wishing you all the best Becky and hope that a plan can be made that helps you get through this.
Becky, I so, so wish that had some wonderful words of wisdom But all I have to offer is my sincere hope that the oncology team come up with a brilliant plan which will get you into another remission. Love Chris
I hope they find something to hel you feel more positive. If it’s any help, last year I was told something very similar. The spots on the liver turned out to be fatty deposits. No idea what happened to the other spots but they haven’t been on the last three scans.
We need some martial art training in stick fighting to beat away the aliens 👽
Sell by dates seem to be very popular at the moment and I’m trying very hard to pretend I don’t have one. Have settled on best before as apparently that means nobody knows when it actually is due to expire
Sorry am waffling. What I’m trying to say is please don’t let it get you down we’re waging a war and we can still win
HI Beckyjh, Sorry to read you are feeling so down,Chine up I'm sure your team will come up with a treatment plain and as for your self date I was told when I was diagnose I would not see the years out, over 3 years now and I'm stile here.
Hi Becky. Wish I could add more words of wisdom to the helpful messages you’ve already received but am sending my very best wishes for your meeting tomorrow and lots of 🌺🌼🌸🌻🌹🌺🌼🌸🌻🌹(extra useful cos they don’t need a vase and water🙂) Jo x
Hugs and wishes to you. I see that others have pulled through. It sounds like a time to muster hope as people do pull through this bump in the road, it sounds like from above. I get so bogged down by the hope and disappointment and hope cycle, but I try to let the hope keep me buoyant. Love <3
Hi Beckyjh.......I have liver mets, too. I'm on third line treatment for it, and they tell me if this stops working, there are trials and studies out there. Take heart. All we can do is our best to beat the monster down. Best to you......Judyved
