Hello everyone
I have been reading your posts for a few weeks but not posted before. I just want to thank everyone as joining the forum has been the next step along my 'journey' and I'm glad I have as reading your posts have been very reassuring! And today have made us laugh! I now feel I'm not the only person inspecting side views of my stomach on a daily basis! And that it's okay that the right side of my stomach is bigger than the other! Small things but so so important!!
I was diagnosed in February 2016 with 3c OC, had surgery in March followed by 6 cycles of chemo. Got through it using the 'one day at a time' approach! And writing a journal!
Your posts have helped me to realise that my post-treatment anxieties, worries and concerns are 'normal', that my aches and pains can be 'normal', that changing my diet is 'normal' and that even my obsession with my stomach size and shape is normal too!!
Thank you. Chris x
