Surgery today 😬

So a decision was finally made and I am having surgery this morning. Feeling nervous but at least something is being done.

Hoping it went as well as possible and you're uncomfortable now in a different way.

My tip - get out of bed and moving around as much as possible....it really will help to get things moving.

The new normal is an obsessive interest, almost "school-boyish", in farts and poos, so try not to be self-conscious! xxx
