Currently waiting for my half way through chemo scan. I really hate that drink they give you!!!

Good luck and positive vibes. Have a Ct scan on Friday 3 months after surgery and trying not to worry as what will be will be ! But easier said than done !!!

Hi, I've never been given that drink! Only ever have a contrast dye through a cannula plus water but nothing else. I've read it's yucky and I do sympathise

I don't find the drink too bad as it is mixed with sugar free squash. It's the horrible sugar free taste I object to!

I hate that drink,don't like the taste of aniseed,but it's not a worry on a scale of 1 to 10, you will be fine

I was advised to drink it through straw- it does make it a bit better!
