Hi can anyone help me plzs as my dizzness is getting worst and pains in stomuck travelling all over ny body my bowels are hurting me and i cant go toliet right in the last two months i got bloods done they came back normal got ultrasound done that was also clear im so afriad cant evening eat anymore and im always lying down cos im too weak to anything im terrified case its cancer can someone help me plzs i hope its not but i was told bloods would if shown if it was cancer but that's not true i am terrified so i am the doctors are not taking me serious and im very unwell
