HI. Not sure exactly what you mean by 'nervy'. But, if you are on chemo you may have a side effect similar to the menopause, and some women have little flutters in their abdomen as part of the side effects. BUT - if you are concerned, call your Onc,/or Liaison Nurse to explain. Or if you have an understanding GP - call the his/her surgery.

I am sorry you are back on treatment, you do get pain while on certain drugs especially Gem and that is usual to get it in the affected area. It just make be that you are not drinking enough fluids try and increase water if this is the case that will wash out your bladder. You can get irritation and I find Boots Baby zinc castrol cream helpful. If it is bad do go and see your gp. Best wishes
