Hello everyone,

I would really like to find a recommended retreat. I'm feeling the new for some time and space to help digest and accept all that has happened over the last year. Plus I'm physically very tired from the radiotherapy. Many thanks m

I'm aware Penny Brohn Cancer Centre offer retreat courses which I think are 5 days. A friend went on a 5-day retreat where no words were spoken and she came back feeling refreshed and envigorated. I think you may have to complete their Living Well course to go on to the retreat courses. It's worth phoning Penny Brohn: 01275 370100. xx

Someone recommended puyssentut.org. It's a place to "relax, rest and revitalise" for people with or recovering from cancer. Also not a retreat but grayshot manor spa does a post cancer treatment break. The spa comes highly recommended.
