More symptoms?

After presenting with numerous uti's with microscopic blood, bloated stomach, pain and discomfort in pelvis, hips and legs, constipation and excessive flatulence I'm now experiencing pains and tightness in my chest?

I have a barium enema tomorrow as my gp thinks my problems could be bowel related after having a normal ultrasound ( abdominal) a transvaginal scan where they couldn't locate my right ovary and normal ca125 of 11.

Has anyone experienced chest pain prior to their diagnosis?....I wish they could sort me out....
