At 6am Sunday 5th October Jillian was shown the direct route to serenity and contentment.
Jillian was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastic Peratonial Cancer 18 months ago.
A fighter if ever there was one. The Just Giving site, search for Paula Manning, and a little story of Jillian and I will be relieved.
Jillian took solice from reading your stories and some proved futile as was Jillian's fate, but if you wish strength to fight on one cannot better than take inspiration from Jillian's life. "If you feel sad, do think of Jill, for that is what she would like"

I'm sorry to hear about the death of your friend. I looked up the JustGiving site for Paula Manning but couldn't find Jillian's story. It's good she found solace reading posts here and from the friendship of this online community. Her death was not in vain. One day a cure will be found. xxx Annie

I'm so dreadfully sorry to read that Jill has lost her fight against this hateful disease. I send my heartfelt sympathy and compassion to all her family and friends. May she now be at peace and may you all find the strength to get through this sad time.
Deepest sympathy to all Jill's family. I was saddened to hear the news that Jill had passed away. Rest in peace Jill and hope all of your family can take some comfort from close friends and family at this very sad time. Much love, Anita xxx
