It has been difficult hasn't it? I am able to get back on now using Explorer, but I must admit it was good to find the site had some availability on Firefox. Things seem to have settled down a bit now and except for the frequent logging in/out the new format is growing on me. Glad to have you back.

Welcome back Jan. I missed you.
Getting used to layout now just frustrating to have to keep logging in all the time.
Keep well Jackie xxx
Welcome back Jan! I'm so glad you managed to log in at last. At least we were able to chat to one another during the lock-out so it didn't feel quite so lonely. It just goes to show what a support this site is and how lost we are if we lose one another for a few days.
Anyway, you're back on line. I personally wouldn't keep two lots of software on my computer as it takes up memory. I'm sure the problems were just temporary glitches. I've been lucky enough to have had a service since last Friday evening so have got used to the new layout and functions.
I agree with Andy that the new format is an improvement. I'm not so sure about the new profiles. I'm in two minds and can't work out whether it's good to be altruistic and fill it all in, but then I became a bit frightened and deleted all the information. I think the purpose is for it to be used by researchers but I'd like to know before I completeit who is looking at it and using it - so apologies to anyone new for my blank profile. It's not meant to be secretive to members of this forum. xxxx
Thanks Annie,
Think for the mo it will have to be F Fox as cannot get in with Internet explorer ..I use to get in via the alerts from my email ...saved going into the site ..but have had no alerts as yet ! ..My messages are there ....which is good ! ..Need a new photo though as hair has changed ....

Welcome back Jan! Well done for persevering. Please direct any problems (or indeed frustration!) to our helpdesk support.healthunlocked.com . We underestimated the number of bugs in the system after testing it successfully. The bugs should all now either be fixed or on the list to be fixed but very helpful if you have login issues to let us know the details of any problems.
Welcome back. Its been a fraught few days. Love Paul xx
Welcome back Jan love x G x
You are here at last then .... great to see you back again xxx
Well, I have three browsers on both my laptop and my desktop - Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer. I only use Internet Explorer if absolutely nothing else works - I really, really don't like it, and that is based on years working in the IT industry as well as private use! Firefox is my default browser on both machines. I don't usually have more than one in use at the same time, as that does tend to make things run a bit more slowly, but I open more than one at once when it's convenient to do so.
I've tended to avoid this site over the past few days - I had enough grief from newly upgraded systems back in the days when I was working in IT to have no desire to live through another upgrade's teething problems. I do realise upgrades are necessary from time to time, as it is definitely not ideal to be running on a platform that no one supports any more - been there, done that, have ended up being the sole support for a system that a big company refused to upgrade and believe me, you don't want to go there!
Love to all,
Barbara
