If Somebody don't have ovary by birth???

Can any body suggest me one is my relative girl she is not having her ovary by birth it was diagnosed at the age of 12 yrs. is there any treatment and what will be the result in future.is this is very critical??????

Hi... I am sorry to hear about your relative, there is a condition called "Turners Syndrome" which means a girl is born without ovaries... if it is this... it is not critical...but does mean she will not be able to conceive, "Turners Syndrome" can be mild or more severe i.e. she might be quite short in height, and have other problems...but people do live a normal life with this and even get married, I had a friend who was adopted... and her adoptive mother had this...and lived a normal life but couldn't have children of her own..hence the reason for adopting two children...I am not sure whether there are other conditions where girls are born without ovaries... but her medical report will be able to clarify this.

I see that you are living in India and I don't know what your medical treatment is like there (or the cost of it)
