Hi Carol, I am in on the third of Dec for the sixth chemo. Hopefully I will meet y that day. Stay well.

How did you get on with cisplatin? I start Tuesday any advise xx

Hi jools, I finished 3 December 2018. I had a positive reaction. A good reduction in tumours, no fluid. I am back February 11 for a check up. I am based in limerick. I did not see the professor but a junior doctor. During the treatment, I found I was very tired in the evening's and I was in bed very early every night. I had the ringing in the ears which was a bloody nuisance that is slowly fading. My iron levels were dropping after the third treatment, my doctor advised me to eat liver once a week and that did the trick. It is a long day getting the treatment starting at 9am and finishing at 4 pm. I hope this will be helpful to you and good luck. Julia8163
