I had breast cancer 6 years earlier than ovarian cancer. My oncologist encouraged me to get BRCA testing. It was negative, but just a few years later, I had it. And it was found on a routine pelvic exam, confirmed on an Abdominal Pelvic Ultrasound. It was Stage IIB. Quite a shock.

I bet it was a shock! There is a small cohort of us on here like you. I had BC (triple negative) 8 years ago, 2 years later OC. Also BRCA negative.

An even more select club we didn't want to join! xx
