feeling so sick today

thankfully this morning my dog didn't want to walk to far.feeling nauseous all day with pain and pressure on my ribs and stomach.only ate breakfast today and tried to eat a dinner but it ended up in my dogs' stomachs.stomach so hard around my middle -like theres "a hole"?? where my belly button is. neck feels tight and not get to sleep cos of cough again when I lie on my left side.hopefully I can get to see my dr but no appointments available online so don't stand much hope of getting one .

That sounds awful can you ring doctor secretary try and get on urgently you should not have to suffer like that.
