z-score

hi all.

On my (2nd) Dexa scan I did not get a Frax calculation because I am on Prolia. Two years ago - pre Prolia- my Frax showed 12.3% likelihood of hip fracture and 23% of major osteoporotic fracture. I have underlying disease.

This scan I got BMD, t-score and z-score. My T-score showed improvement of ~6% after 2 years of Prolia.

Looking for clearer interpretation of these numbers. I know the T-score does not tell the whole story. Any insights out there?
