Recently diagnosed with osteoporosis. I am ACTIVELY involved in ranching. Looking to visit with someone with same occupation to get advice on how to tailor our daily activity to work with an osteoporosis diagnosis.

While you wait for a fellow rancher, you may want to explore free online advice on how to use your body properly to avoid straining the spine. Margaret Martin is one person to check out. Here is a link to her guides but if you google you may find even more specific info relevant to you. melioguide.com/health-guide... Good luck!
Hi, yes I am a few years older and actively involved in our cattle ranch. I have learned the hard way that I need to be alert when our cattle dogs are running and core strength and balance is very important, especially climbing on ladders to reach the top of the hay stack. I am learning my limits and asking for help more often. You might want to ask your question in an FB site “women in agriculture”.
