Yes, aches in your bones could be from the osteoporosis. Told my doctor of my hip pain and she sent me for the bone density test and that is how I knew I had osteoporosis. My hips were aching all the time until I found a calcium supplement from bovine a few years ago. Once I started taking it, my hip pain went away in about 5 to 6 months and has never come back. I'm hoping to see a better dexa result in April.

I take living bone 3 a day by Ancestral supplements and Bone & Morrow 1 a day and 2 magnesium citrate, one in the afternoon and one in the evening approx 250 mg per capsule (Nutricost 240 capsules) . I take 3000mg D3 daily (I buy the D3 gels that only have 1000 mg of D3 in each gel cap ). I split up my dosages because your body will only absorb up to 500mg at a time of calcium and calcium with D3 absorbs better. I eat cereal with milk in the morning, so 2 hours after breakfast, I take my magnesium citrate and then at least 2 hours after that I will take my first dosage of living bone 2 capsules with my K2 & D3 (2 gel caps). Always remember to not take your magnesium with your calcium as they fight each other for absorption. Calcium and mag should be taken at least 2 hours apart. I always take my 2nd dose of 1 living bone with that 1 Bone & Morrow later in the evening with 1 gel cap of D3. I take my 2nd dose of magnesium at least 2 hours after my night time dosage of calcium and D3. ( It's okay to take your 2nd magnesium before bed) Therefore I am getting all these throughout the day. Also, look into Boron for your bones. I take 3mg by Life Extensions per day. If you purchase the Ancestral supplements listed above from Amazon they are cheaper and if you put them on a delivery schedule they are even cheaper, 1 bottle of the living bone last me 2 months, so I have that scheduled every 60 days for delivery, etc. The magnesium you can also get from Amazon, Hope this helps

I leaned about living bone and bone and marrow from you but the contact person at that company thinks one should take more bone and marrow than living bone like 3 bone and marrow and 1 living bone
