I have purchased a Lifepro 4D vibration platform, and I (we) love it! Unfortunately, I have only had it about 3 mos., so I don't know yet of any results. When I read all about WBV, I decided with all the health benefits (lymphatic, circulatory, blood pressure support, etc.), it was worth the investment. My better half, and I both use it, (10 min./day) and we both feel it has definitely helped with our joints, etc., and we just feel good using it at 61 yrs. old!

This is the one I purchased. We love it so much we are traveling with it! Once I was comfortable "standing" on it, I added arm weights!

Canadian PT Margaret Martin recently called attention to an encouraging meta-analysis of data on the effectiveness of whole-body vibration on bone mineral density in post-menopausal women. :)
