Recently diagnosed with OP and going to doctor to discuss treatment options today. I also have celiac disease and follow a gluten free diet.
With my GERD and gut issues, I do not think oral meds will work. Will see what is recommended.

I’m in the US and this is one of our reputable web sites on causes of OP. Look under the gastrointestinal causes. You’ll see Celiac disease as a cause. There are also many test that your doctor should run before prescribing medications.
There are many things to consider (age, t-scores, if you are fracturing, etc) but you may want to look up Bone Coach Kevin Ellis. He was in his 20s or 30s when he discovered he had osteoporosis caused by Celiac disease. He has been able to naturally reverse his bone loss. This might be an option for you.
