I'm 60 and recently diagnosed with a back fracture from lifting up off a chair and pulling at the same time. My T score is -2.6 on my bone density test. What homeopathy treatments have worked for you?

Recently diagnosed with Osteoporosis
Hi Brenn11I feel your pain. I was diagnosed with osteopenia a few years back. I am 60. I stay active, eat well and exercise. I also include weight bearing exercises 2x a week. Don’t forget the vitamin D. I have a whole foods plant based diet which is a healthy orchestra of rich vitamins and minerals so I do not take any more supplements than vitamin D and magnesium before bed. Just make sure you find a good web site or a person that can guide you through the weight bearing exercises. You want to ensure proper technique and a good progression. Take care!
Liked your response. I also follow a plant-based way of eating (80-90 percent). Since I was diagnosed I’ve changed my dumbbell weights from 5 to 8 lbs. and am planning on getting ankle weights. Can you tell me something more about your own routines to help.
Ahh currently in search of a good teacher. It is sometimes sketchy on line but I really really like Michelle Kenway (u-tube). Along with amazing pelvic floor expertise, she is so safe when it comes to osteoporosis for beginners and weights. Check her out.
Wow, just saw your exercise regime. We are very similar. I’m also a swimmer….do more in summer but about 1-2x week of laps in off season. Yoga, 30 years also. Walk daily or at least 5 days a week and small weights in between. Depending on season I love the outdoors. X-country ski yesterday instead of swim. Love nature!
