I have a Barrett's Esophagus and need my throat stretched every 3 to 6 months. My digestive specialist says absolutely not and insist I get my calcium and nutrients through food which is challenging. I do take supplements, but know its not enough. Its a tough decision. Get another opinion before deciding. Best Wishes.
