I am new to a support group for this. I have multiple diagnoses. I’m looking for support. I’ve been on prednisone for Several years! It’s causing so many health issues! Fractured ribs, failing teeth, and I need help with activities of daily living and don’t know how to find them for this. Just need some support.

Do you have the financial resources and desire to reach out to some of the more natural, holistic web-based groups? If so I would begin reading the betterbones.com website to make a plan (free) and possibly schedule one-on-one time with Dr. Brown, testing, and join their exercise portal (not free but reasonably priced) to deep dive in to your issues and making a plan for the rest of your life.
